Allstate has a Shelter-in-Place Payback & Free Identity Protection for 2020 for existing customers:

I hope this note finds you safe and healthy.  As we all work together to slow the spread of COVID-19, I wanted to share some important information with you.  Since we are driving less and having fewer accidents, Allstate has announced a Shelter-in-Place Payback designed for auto insurance customers.
 

• On average, auto insurance customers will receive 15 percent money back based on their monthly premium in April and May.*

• Customers will receive a credit to their Allstate account, bank account or credit card on file, depending on how they are set up to make payments.

• The fastest way to get the payback is to connect to the Allstate Mobile App.

Additionally, since so much of our daily lives are now spent online, we're making our Allstate Identity Protection product free for the rest of 2020 if you sign up in April or May. An increase in online and financial fraud is an unfortunate reality at this time and we want to help combat this. You can easily sign up for this through the Allstate Mobile App as well.
